It's a festive day at Mors when we hold the Oyster & Mussel Premiere on October 9 - 11, 2026. Experience gourmet chefs, enjoy taste experiences and overvær DM in champagne abling, DM in oyster opening as well as Waiter Battle where 16 skilled waiters vie to become “Host of the Year”.
Look forward to a wonderful 4-course menu incl. wine prepared by Rasmus Overgaard Kardyb from Limfjordens Hus for Shellfish Gourmet on Friday evening, a lovely Limfjords-Lunch with 8 tastings prepared by skilled gourmet chefs on Saturday dinner as well as the sumptuous seafood platters for Shellfish Dinner - Feast & Finals on Saturday night.
The hosts of the weekend are again Timm Vladimir and Kim Thygesen.
You stay within walking distance of Sparekassen Thy Arena | Mors at the new Hotel Traneparken, which opened in autumn 2024.

The Oyster & Mussel premiere will be held in Sparekassen Thy Arena | Mors, H C Ørstedsvej 15, 7900 Nykøbing Mors.
The Seafood Gourmet with Waiter-Battle will be held at 5.30pm on Friday 9th October.
Limfjords-Lunch will be held at 12 noon on Saturday 10th October.
Seafood Dinner - Feast & Finals will be held at 5:30 p.m. on October 10.
Oyster safari takes place at 10 am - 12 pm on Sunday 11 October.
