Join us for the exclusive all-night dinner with seafood prepared by Rasmus Overgaard Kardyb. Rasmus, originally a mosingbo, came after 10 years at a number of Copenhagen's top restaurants “home” (including Formel B). He opened the acclaimed Limfjordens Hus in 2020.

The evening offers a welcome with snacks, a 4-course menu and accompanying wines, as well as coffee/tea with sweet.
Sixteen waiters participate in a Waiter-Battle and are judged by a team of judges while they are the guests' host at the table. As part of the competition, the waiters choose the wine menu from H.J. Hansen Vin. The Tjener-Battle is held in cooperation with Kokkeforeningen Danmark.
