Biking Holiday – Westbound by the Limfjord 3 Days

The area surrounding the Limfjord is ideal for a biking holiday – and it is not without reason, many people fall in love with the nature here!
On this westbound route, you will get wind in your hair and a beautifully varied view overlooking the nature by the fjord. Moreover, you cross the Limfjord twice!

First, you cross the Limfjord by going over the Vildsund Bridge, a bascule bridge opened and inaugurated in 1939, and, secondly, on Denmark's only union-driven car-ferry at Næssund. The ferry is called “NÆSSIE”, and, here, you find Denmark's smallest tax-free shop.

Throughout the biking route, the Limfjord is close by, so remember to bring your swimwear. The route and the beautiful scenery invite you to take a dip in the fjord – and you have the time for it as well!

In Thy, follow the Limfjord’s Route through a beautiful landscape with many ancient memoirs. At the Isle of Mors, follow “Solruten”, or “The Sunshine route”, that winds through a breathtaking landscape.
