It's feast day in Denmark's Shellfish Capital as we celebrate our delicious seafood from the Limfjord sprinkled with maritime atmosphere.
On Saturday there is DM in oyster opening, DM in Champagne stacking and gourmet chefs are ready with tastings at 12.00.
On Saturday evening we go to the kitchen with Dansk Skaldyr Center's food enthusiast, who gives tips, tricks and good advice for preparing seafood. You can unleash your creativity and play with the raw materials. The evening ends with a communal meal. We guarantee a wonderful gastronomic experience.
